I am a far from being a teen but I notice something, on the weekend, I have the opportunity to go on my iPhone more (since I am not working and doing house stuff) and I notice I don't sleep as well as I do during the week. I always chalked it up to be not being as "mentally tired" because during the week, I am constantly being bombard with daily decisions - not so much on the weekend.
Then I read this study from San Diego State that came via Science News Daily that teens today get 58& less nights of 7 hours of sleep then in 1991. - Why? because of smart phone usage.
That is when I reflected back to my iPhone usage - it definitely spikes during the weekend. I know many of students are "tired" during the day?

Discussion questions? So how much sleep to do get on average? More than 7 or less than 7. Is it because of cell phone usage or another reason? Gamers?
Have you notice some of the same patterns in yourself?
