This week, we are studying forces. One of the biggest forces out there is friction. As I told you, the biggest factor on gas millage is reduction of friction.
I also told you about the XL1 car. The car from Volkswagen that gets approximately 280 mpg. Crazy stuff --> http://www.volkswagen.co.uk/about-us/futures/xl1 Is this the car of the future?
I told you about the crazy conspiracy theories regarding why we don't have a higher millage car. The USA government is blocking any high millage car in the USA to protect the investments of big oil? True or False? According to some, the US has required unrealistic safety standards which is prohibits the XL1 to be marketed in the US.
What do you think? Do you think there is any truth behind the story?
Also, according to many popular believes, the Millennial don't car about cars --> http://www.theatlantic.com/business/archive/2012/03/why-dont-young-americans-buy-cars/255001/
Does this article reflect you? Do you care as much as I when I was youngster. One of my biggest motivators as a youth - was getting a new nice car. My first car I bought when I was 23.
How do you rate your priorities? Education, Cars, Housing, Technologies, Travels, any thing else?
Doing my own study to see how NHS students view their future needs.
